Delivery Times – Australia

  • Orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse via the Startrack Express Network.
  • We endeavour to dispatch in-stock items same-day, or next business day.
  • At checkout, estimated delivery date is provided based on guidance from Startrack. While we always endeavour to get you your order as soon as possible, Sprocket cannot guarantee these delivery dates.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for us to ship large volume orders.
  • Custom options or personalised graphics can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship

International Shipments

International shipments are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery fees do not include local duties and taxes which may be calculated and levied at the destination country on arrival for goods release.

 

Payment

Payment in full is required prior to delivery. We accept Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard or Amex), payment via PayPal or via Direct Bank Transfers.

 

General

Your Tablet and Tablet AC Adaptor are required to complete the DIY assembly. For Microsoft Surface models, your Microsoft Surface charging cable is also required. All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Returns.

We take great pride in the quality of our products, and if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Items must be returned within 30 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unused and in original packaging). Sprocket does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to via non registered post. Please allow 10 business days from the day you return your product for a credit to be issued.

 

Customised Items:

We are unable to accept returns or exchange items that have undergone customisation, unless they have been found faulty after detailed examination by our team. Please choose your customisation options carefully. If it is found that we have incorrectly customised your item/s contrary to your instructions, we will gladly replace them.

 

Faulty Items:

Please contact us ASAP if you suspect that the item you purchased from Sprocket is faulty. If the age of your item falls within certain guidelines, it will be inspected by our team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing defect, Sprocket will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.

 

If you change your mind:

Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. In this circumstance Sprocket will either exchange the item for credit or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges and a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the returned goods.
